Fellow hustlers, are you working hard today or hardly working? Did you get lazy and stop hustling? Did you drop your dreams and let go of your goals?
I’m here to tell you to keep hustling. Keep going for what you want! If you’re hustling your talent and you keep practicing you’ll only get better. If you’re hustling your art, keep singing and dancing. If you’re hustling your business, keep selling.
Don’t give up selling your talent or service. Don’t let go of your dreams. Even if you think you’re on top keep moving. One day you will reach the top and even there you’ll have different problems:
“Now that I’m on top everyone wants to bring me down. Everyone’s trying to tug at me and take my spot”
Did you let anyone take your spot? Get up and take your spot back! Follow the masters of the world and learn from them:
“The greatest education in the world is watching the masters at work.”
If you feel that hard times are here remember to realize that it this will pass. Life can hit hard but it’s only for the moment and at that moment you have to choose whether to pick yourself back up or lay in the dirt.
“I like to use the hard times in the past to motivate me today.”
What is amazing is that everyone goes through something hard in life. Some people have been in the valley for years until the one day they decide to jump and climb to the top of their mountain. Until then, the valley becomes your home.
When you stay in the valley long enough you start to believe that the valley isn’t as bad as you thought it may be. Actually, now I think I can make this valley more comfortable and homey for myself to live in.
This person, with these thoughts, describes a person who gave up.
Are you in the valley? Have you kept yourself in this valley for way too long? Do you think living in this valley is good enough? Take time to answer those questions and decide for yourself if the valley is good enough for you or is it time to climb the mountain?
You may be one of two people today. You could be the person who had never stepped out of the valley to see what the world has to offer them. You could also be the person who did take that chance and realized rather quickly that success won’t come by easy.
If you’re the first guy, you just got to do it. Whatever you want in this world you have to get through hard work and determination unless you were born into a family that has everything and I’m guessing that if you’re reading this article you aren’t someone who was born into a wealthy family.
If you’re the guy who’s making moves to get out of the valley to climb your own mountain DO NOT GIVE UP.
Your freedom is coming and it’s at the top of that mountain.
There’s no way to get there unless you climb up and no one said the climb was going to be easy. You will get bruised, cut, scraped, and maybe fall down a couple feet but you can’t stay down, you have to keep climbing for what you want.
Financial freedom can happen.
Learning a new language (my current conquest) can happen.
Owning a profitable business can happen. (my other endeavor).
But all these things and more don’t roll down the mountain. They’re at the top, waiting for you to be ready for them. Does that make sense?
Think about it. If you, as you are now, were to have a profitable business this instant would you know what to do with it? Probably not. If Tru.Works became a million dollar business tomorrow, I’d be overwhelmed. I wouldn’t know what to do with it and would probably lead Tru.Works to tank.
We all have to go through the climb to become tougher, and experience the things we need to be great leaders and able to manage our dreams.
It just can’t happen all at once because you’re not ready for it yet.
But you will be.
You must keep studying, keep networking, and connect with others. You got to make the mistakes and face the tough decisions. You will go through great amounts of pressure.
But it’s with this pressure that the earth makes diamonds.
You too will become a diamond and reach the top.
You just got to keep trying and finding your own personal way up that mountain. Don’t be afraid to ask for help but keep in mind, your mountain is yours to climb, and yours to take!
